Personalis is hiring an Associate Scientist in Technical Operations to initiate, support, and improve Next Generation Sequencing products and processes, lead transfer and validation into operations, and collaborate with R&D, Operations, LIMS, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Quality, and Regulatory teams. The role includes operational troubleshooting, non-conformance investigations, LIMS improvements, end-to-end assay and workflow testing, and operational improvements for growing sample volumes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant life or chemical science field, at least six years of relevant experience, hands-on NGS and laboratory automation experience, and familiarity with CLIA/CAP-regulated environments.
