Centivax is hiring a mid-level Associate Scientist, Virology in South San Francisco, California, to support virology research for broad-spectrum vaccines and therapeutic antibodies. The role involves high-throughput viral neutralization and HAI assays, viral stock maintenance and characterization, mammalian cell culture and transfection, virological assays, experimental documentation in ELNs under GLP/GDP standards, data analysis, biosafety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need an M.S. in virology, molecular biology, microbiology, or a related field, or a B.S. with at least two years of relevant experience; experience with viral assays, mammalian cell culture, viral propagation, and biosafety protocols is required or strongly desired.
