Description
The Associate Scrum Master will join AMGEN’s Global Commercial Operations – Digital, Technology and Innovation capability team in Lisbon, supporting technology roadmap development and Agile delivery across the ELMAC region. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams in Agile and Scrum practices, collaborates with Product Owners, removes impediments, supports DevOps and scaled Agile practices, and helps teams improve delivery and maturity. It requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, strong Agile and Scrum knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; certifications, Agile project-management tools, and cybersecurity familiarity are preferred.
