Description
Pathway is seeking an Associate to join its growing secondaries investment team. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office. The Associate will be involved in all aspects of Pathway’s secondaries platform, including assisting with pre-screening investment opportunities, supporting the investment process through financial modeling and due diligence, coordinating with various internal and external teams, preparing investment memos, assisting in the closing process, overseeing and training investment analysts, and assisting with fundraising materials.
