Description
BlackRock is hiring an Associate in Securities Lending Operations to oversee daily lending processes, monitor collateral and inventory, resolve operational exceptions and reconciliations, support counterparty and business stakeholders, analyze operational reporting, and contribute to risk mitigation, automation, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 2–5 years of experience in securities lending, investment operations, asset servicing, custody, capital markets, or a related financial services environment, along with strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
