IDinsight is hiring a full-time Associate/Senior Associate, AI Transformation to support internal and external AI transformation initiatives focused on generative AI. The role combines consulting, change management, product thinking, and hands-on implementation, including diagnosing workflows, building no-code AI agents and low-code automations, facilitating adoption, measuring impact, and conducting AI governance and red-teaming. Candidates should have 2–6 years of consulting, product operations, or digital transformation experience, strong AI and prompting skills, and experience with AI implementation and organizational change. The position is based in one of IDinsight’s offices, with a preference for New Delhi, and requires a minimum one-year commitment.
