Candidates should have strong research and analysis skills, excellent English communication, a postgraduate or advanced degree in life sciences or a relevant field, pharmaceutical industry knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The Associate level requires 0–3 years of relevant experience, while the Senior Associate level requires 4–7 years.
