The Associate/Senior Associate of StepStone Group Real Assets LP in Sydney supports the firm’s local and international teams with research, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, client engagement, and investment execution across infrastructure and related real asset sectors. The role spans the full investment lifecycle, may increasingly lead aspects of the work, and requires 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or MBA, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial modeling. The position is hybrid.
