Interactive Brokers Group is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its APAC Institutional Services group. The role provides technical, account, and trade-related support to institutional and enterprise clients such as banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers through telephone, ticket, and live chat. Responsibilities include issue resolution and escalation, explaining trading lifecycle processes, client outreach, platform training, and market research. Candidates need an undergraduate degree, 1–2 years of experience at a large financial institution (though strong new graduates may be considered), familiarity with financial asset classes, critical thinking, professionalism, strong English communication, and relevant CMFAS/CM licensing or the ability to obtain it. The role permits a hybrid work arrangement.
