StepStone Real Estate is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate to support its real estate business development efforts across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries. The role involves fundraising support, marketing and due diligence content, investor pipeline management in Salesforce, investor meetings and roadshows, and collaboration with research, asset and portfolio management, legal, compliance, tax, and analytics teams. A bachelor’s degree and 2–6 years of relevant financial services experience are required, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with private markets performance metrics.
