Description
The Associate Service Director supports the Service Director in overseeing technical and mechanical maintenance for apartment properties, including work orders, make-readies, preventative maintenance, inspections, inventory, safety compliance, and service operations. The role leads the Service Team in the Service Director's absence, coordinates vendors and contractors, responds to resident service requests, and maintains property standards. It requires 1 to 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant certification, a current driver's license, and the ability to work flexible on-site hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
