ICF is hiring an Associate ServiceNow Developer to deploy and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients. The role covers solution discovery and design, technical implementation, data migration, integrations, documentation, testing, user training, change management, incident resolution, security, and continuous learning. It requires at least six months of ServiceNow implementation experience, a mainline certification with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, and work performed within the United States. The position is contingent on a contract award and offers a full-time pay range of $67,355 to $138,549.
