Description
The Mortgage Loan Boarding Specialist manages the boarding, de-boarding, and correspondence process for prior servicer loan files in the MSP system. The role handles day-to-day boarding files, coordinates with clients, servicers, and investors to resolve queries, posts boarding corrections, monitors email communications, and supports ad hoc projects. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education, at least two years of mortgage servicing or origination experience, knowledge of mortgage documents, Microsoft Excel, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and on a night shift.
