Description
The Associate Site Contract Specialist/Site Contract Specialist supports the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts with investigative sites in clinical trials. The role drafts and reviews amendments and budgets, negotiates investigator grant budgets and contractual terms, coordinates site-startup activities with internal teams, ensures compliance with negotiation and budgetary processes, tracks reporting, and helps achieve site-activation cycle times. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant academic or vocational qualification, and 0–2 years of comparable experience, along with clinical-trial-agreement knowledge, negotiation skills, communication, analytical, organizational, and computer-application abilities.
