FreedomPay is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to improve the availability and resiliency of its global payment platform through observability, incident response, automation, and AI-driven operations. The role partners with development teams, builds monitoring and automation workflows, troubleshoots alerts and integrations, and applies AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis and operational efficiency. It is a full-time salaried position with an on-call rotation, mentorship, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
