Veeva Systems is hiring recent university graduates for its Engineering Development Program to become Associate Software Engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, relevant coursework including Compilers or Operating Systems, strong communication skills, and 0–2 years of professional software experience. Candidates must work in an office four days per week for the first two years, with flexibility to work anywhere afterward. The program uses Java, Rust, Python, TypeScript, React, Swift, Kotlin, and React Native, and offers a starting base pay of $125,000 plus a sign-on bonus in Boston, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, retirement programs, and a charitable giving program.
