The role handles incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, documentation, releases, deployments, and IT projects while collaborating with developers, testers, analysts, consultants, and internal customers. It requires a degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent professional training, at least five years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, four years of C# and XSLT programming, and several years of experience with the listed technologies, along with fluent English and strong international teamwork skills.
