Description
Amgen is hiring an Associate Software Engineer, Salesforce to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions in production and non-production environments. The role focuses on Salesforce Lightning, MuleSoft integrations, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions, routine defect and ticket support, proof-of-concept activities, and compliance and cybersecurity processes in a regulated environment. Candidates need a master’s or bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of experience in a business, engineering, IT, or related field, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; experience with Salesforce Communities, Veeva, Okta or Microsoft Entra, and GXP processes is preferred.
