Description
Organon is hiring one Associate Specialist, Quality Control to coordinate and prioritize operational quality-control activities, evaluate and approve physical and chemical analyses of finished products, stability samples, and other product-related samples, manage deviations and CAPA projects, maintain GMP documentation, train laboratory personnel, and support audits. The role requires at least an HBO diploma in analytical chemistry or a comparable field, at least five years of experience in an analytical laboratory, strong communication skills, and availability for at least 32 hours per week. The position is regular, offers a competitive salary and other benefits, and does not involve relocation.
