Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring an Associate Stability Scientist to support stability program operations for manufacturing and laboratory activities. The role focuses on managing stability study inventory and sample logistics, maintaining storage chambers and records, reviewing and entering stability data, writing and revising SOPs and annual stability documents, supporting investigations and training, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory expectations. The position is site-essential/on-site and requires a bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field along with experience or knowledge of stability programs and strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
