Description
The Training Operations Analyst coordinates training schedules, workforce training needs, instructors, classrooms, and equipment; develops dashboards, reports, KPIs, and training metrics; analyzes workforce and training data; and presents recommendations to leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, with expertise in training coordination, reporting, Microsoft Excel, and analytical communication. Preferred qualifications include LMS, business intelligence, workforce forecasting, and manufacturing or aerospace experience. The position offers a base pay range of $61,500 to $94,350 and includes eligible health insurance and other benefits.
