SciTec is hiring an Associate / Staff Digital System Engineer focused on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in its Boulder, Colorado office. The role develops digital models of operational concepts, stakeholder needs, system requirements, architectures, verification status, and development roadmaps for a combined hardware/software data processing system. The engineer will collaborate with customer representatives and SciTec technical staff and must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and experience with SysML 1.x and IEEE 15288; preferred qualifications include Cameo systems modeling, software engineering, high-performance computing, remote sensing data processing, and DoDAAF or SysML 2 experience. Compensation is $88,000–$124,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, stock ownership, and other benefits.
