Description
The ServiceNow QA Engineer develops, configures, and maintains automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), performs manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, and supports testing during platform upgrades and releases. The role covers ServiceNow GRC, ITSM modules, REST and SOAP API testing, defect management, Agile collaboration, and quality reporting. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, mandatory ServiceNow CSA and ATF Micro-Certification, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
