Cederquist is recruiting associates for its transaction, specialist, and rotation law practice groups. The role involves early involvement in ongoing projects, collaboration with senior lawyers, and development in business law, leadership, and legal tools, including AI. Candidates should have recently graduated from a law degree or have a few years of industry experience, strong Swedish and English communication skills, and an analytical, collaborative approach. The rotation program lasts one and a half years and allows work across private M&A, real estate transactions, public M&A, and banking and finance.
