Description
The Statistical Programmer leads statistical programming activities for studies or projects, developing and maintaining SAS and R macros, analysis programs, datasets, and automated tools while supporting CDISC standards, data quality, regulatory submissions, and CRO deliverables. The role may coordinate statistical programmers, oversee programming quality control, assist with departmental infrastructure, and train new employees. It requires extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology programming experience, a related degree and experience combination, and proficiency in SAS and R; the base salary is $165,500–$235,500 annually.
