Oscar is hiring a remote Associate, Strategic Finance to support financial planning, analytics, forecasting, reporting, and business insights for its corporate, operations, and technology divisions. The role partners with finance leaders and business executives on pricing decisions, portfolio strategy, profitability analysis, market trends, ACA landscape monitoring, and membership analytics. It reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development and is open to candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, with a fully remote arrangement and potential future hybrid work at the associated metro-area hub office.
