Oscar is hiring an Associate, Strategic Finance to support financial planning, analytics, business insights, reporting, projections, and strategic partnership with business leadership across Corporate, Operations, and Technology. The role involves pricing recommendations, scenario modeling, portfolio strategy, profitability analysis, ACA landscape monitoring, and membership analytics, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. It is based in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and offers a base salary of $87,188 to $114,434 per year, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
