Pemberton Asset Management is hiring an Associate, Strategic Operations in London for Invensa, a joint venture focused on inventory and supply chain finance. The role partners with the COO to deliver strategy, lead cross-functional programmes, support corporate governance and regulatory compliance, manage external vendors, collaborate with finance and risk, and deploy AI and process improvements. Candidates need at least five years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, or a relevant institutional strategy and operations role, along with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements, corporate structures, process improvements, and financial-services transactions.
