Guidepoint is hiring an Associate for its Strategic Research team in Tokyo. The role involves reviewing client research requests, identifying relevant subject-matter experts across industries and geographies, recruiting Advisors in Japan through phone, LinkedIn, and outreach, screening experts for project suitability, and creating professional profiles. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong Japanese and English fluency, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. It offers a hybrid arrangement with two days per week from home, 15 paid vacation days, 10 sick days, and other employee benefits.
