The role owns supply performance metrics, transforms and analyzes data to support business decisions, develops driver-incentive strategies, optimizes transportation services, manages cross-organizational initiatives, and visits key cities to gather insights. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, at least two years of work experience, strong quantitative, data-analysis, and project-management skills, and very good English proficiency; SQL and data-analysis experience are preferred.
