Enpal is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes across the sales funnel, track funnel and growth KPIs, identify inefficiencies, support lost-lead reactivation, and enable data-driven sales operations in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, strong initiative, structured data-oriented work, and fluent German; experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus. The position is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
