Bold Orange is hiring an Associate Strategy Director in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to independently lead end-to-end strategy engagements for clients across business, brand, customer experience, data, and technology. The role involves defining problems, developing recommendations, facilitating senior client conversations, mapping and improving customer journeys, analyzing research and data, creating strategic presentations, and mentoring early-career strategists. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of relevant digital marketing, customer experience, brand strategy, or content strategy experience, agency or consultancy experience, and familiarity with martech platforms. The position has an in-office component of one to two days per week for local candidates, with travel anticipated, and offers a salary of $110,000 to $140,000 annually in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
