The role owns supplier relationships, cost savings, contract compliance, inventory outlook, risk analysis, waste mitigation, SKU onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement operations, menu planning, product validation, and finance. Candidates need at least three years of procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain experience, preferably in food or consumer packaged goods, an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, and strong data, communication, project-management, and Microsoft Office skills.
