Description
The Associate Structural Drafter is an entry-level position working under close supervision to prepare structural design, fabrication, installation, shop, CNC, and construction drawings. Responsibilities include assisting with detailed drawings, material take-offs, prefabrication and erection methods, drawing registers, quality checks, and issuance of reviewed drawings. The role requires a high school diploma, CAD experience with software such as AutoCAD, TEKLA, ProNest, Navisworks, and Revit, knowledge of structural design codes, and competency with Microsoft Office; an engineering degree is preferred.
