Ramboll is hiring an Associate Structural Engineer for its Bristol team, combining technical leadership, project delivery, client relationships, and business growth. The role leads complex structural designs, develops engineering concepts, coaches colleagues, represents the company with clients, collaborates across disciplines, promotes sustainable design, and contributes to the Bristol I&IF growth strategy. Candidates should be chartered with IStructE, ICE, or an equivalent body, have significant structural engineering experience, and demonstrate strong technical competence across steel, concrete, and/or timber.
