L3Harris is hiring an Associate Structural Engineer for its Aeronautical Systems Engineering team in Greenville, Texas, on a 9/80 schedule. The role performs structural analysis of aircraft structures using classical hand analysis and finite element modeling, develops free-body diagrams, calculates internal loads and stresses, prepares airworthiness compliance reports, supports aircraft modifications and installations, develops and post-processes structural tests, and manages assigned work within scope, budget, and schedule. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering.
