Description
The Associate – Building Structures will lead and manage structural engineering projects across UK sectors, providing technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and construction support. The role covers structural design and review, BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, client presentations, bid development, and mentoring engineers. It requires strong structural knowledge, proficiency in design and BIM software, typically 15+ years of building structure design and delivery experience, and a civil or structural engineering qualification; Chartered Engineer IStructE or ICE status is highly desirable.
