The full-time Associate – SuccessFactors Integration Engineer will support North America Human Resources business units by designing, developing, and maintaining integrations for HR systems. The role focuses on seamless data flow, business requirements, event and workflow processes, technology and security compliance, and technical support. Candidates need 5–7 years of specialized integration development experience, business and financial team experience, advanced integration and SQL knowledge, and strong problem-solving and time-management skills. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a pay range of $100,000–$154,000 per year.
