Description
The Associate Support Engineer supports the operation of data centers and critical facilities by maintaining asset inventory and documentation in a DCIM platform, monitoring systems, assisting with maintenance, repairs, incidents, changes, and projects, and providing technical troubleshooting and vendor oversight. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of relevant infrastructure or facilities experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work any shift in a 24x7 operation. The base salary is $59,375.00 to $77,374.00, with eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
