Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is hiring an Associate System Administrator to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The role provides hands-on technical support for users, systems, hardware, software, networks, telecommunications, and classroom technology; troubleshoots and resolves issues; manages software and hardware deployments; supports secure video teleconferencing and VoIP systems; performs basic network connectivity and cabling; and responds to security events. The position requires three years of closely related experience if a bachelor's degree is not held, U.S. citizenship, an A+ certification, and the ability to work in classroom and field environments, including occasional weekends and overnight emergency stays.
