CarGurus is hiring an entry-level Associate Systems Administrator in its Dublin office to support EU and UK employees. The role bridges IT Service Desk and global systems functions, covering enterprise software monitoring, identity and collaboration platforms, MDM, endpoint and VDI administration, networking troubleshooting, security compliance, and regional on-call support. Required experience includes IAM platforms, enterprise ticketing systems, collaboration tools, MDM exposure, and basic networking; the position also requires physical office duties and may require on-call work. The annual base salary range is €38,000–€48,000 EUR, with a flexible hybrid model and possible bonuses or RSUs.
