Shield AI is hiring an Associate Systems Administrator for its Overland Park, Kansas office. The role provides enterprise end-user IT support, endpoint and user-system administration, infrastructure maintenance, asset lifecycle support, and white-glove technical support for executive users and other high-visibility events. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems; administering Active Directory and Azure AD; supporting endpoint management and security; managing IT assets and software licenses; responding to service requests; and collaborating with infrastructure, network, and security teams. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and offers full-time or temporary employee packages with pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
