The Requirements Management Engineer supports the Engineering Department by developing and improving requirements-management processes and tools, translating business needs into technical requirements, maintaining requirement traceability, managing changes, and supporting substantiation and safety documentation for aircraft modification projects. The role also assesses requirements-related risks, reports metrics, and collaborates with engineers, designers, and clients. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required, with two years of relevant engineering experience and aviation or aircraft-interior experience preferred. The expected Washington salary range is $78,000 to $93,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
