L3Harris is hiring an Associate, Systems Engineer in Carlsbad, California. The role performs operational analysis, develops concepts of operations and design and implementation plans, creates test plans and procedures, conducts tests, uses software tools and troubleshooting techniques, analyzes system requirements, supports complex system designs and architectures, and delivers design status presentations. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field; systems engineering, architecture, analysis, modeling, integration, project management, and Rhapsody familiarity are preferred. The schedule is 9/80, with employees working 9 out of every 14 days and every other Friday off.
