BetaNXT is hiring a Computer Operator – Mainframe for its BETA Computer Operations department in Bangalore. The role supports 24x7x365 operations, primarily through the third shift covering 0030 ET to 0930 ET, and involves batch processing, SLA monitoring, issue resolution, client communication, and monitoring of mainframe and associated systems. The position requires a mainframe background, experience with IBM z/OS, JCL, scheduling, TSO, file transfer, incident management, and related tools, along with a rotating schedule, weekend and holiday shifts, and overtime as needed.
