Description
Coaction is hiring a Junior Systems Analyst, Underwriting Systems to support the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of its commercial property and casualty underwriting platforms. The entry-level role involves triaging production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, validating data corrections and integrations, supporting regulatory compliance and Duck Creek template upgrades, creating defect tickets, documenting releases, and executing release validation and regression testing. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years of professional experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office experience; Jira or SQL familiarity is a plus. It is based in the Morristown, New Jersey office on a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office, with a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
