Springfield Prep Charter School is hiring Associate Teachers for its paid, full-time Associate Teacher Program in Springfield, Massachusetts. The program provides daily classroom experience, coaching, professional development, and support toward Massachusetts licensure, with placements in lower elementary, upper elementary, middle school humanities, or middle school STEM. Associate Teachers teach small-group lessons, support classroom instruction, lead classes when needed, collaborate with teachers and families, and perform assigned school duties. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree by the start of the school year and availability to begin in early August; prior experience is preferred but not required. The 2027–2028 school-year starting salary is $50,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid family medical leave.
