Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher for an in-person early education and preschool child care center in the Military Trail area of Lake Worth, Florida. The role runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and involves assisting children with hands-on activities, communicating with parents about daily milestones, maintaining a safe and clean classroom, and providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, pass required background checks, and complete Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse screening and DCF 45 hours; one year of child care, daycare, or preschool experience and a CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education are preferred. Compensation is $16.50 to $22.30 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
