3Shape is hiring an Associate Technical Account Manager for its Lab Key Accounts team in Copenhagen. The role serves as the primary technical contact for enterprise dental laboratories, helping them stabilize and scale IT environments, manage integrations, resolve complex product and network issues, guide upgrades and workflows, support renewals and expansions, and provide customer feedback to product teams. The position requires a strong dental or dental-technology background, enterprise technical account management experience, IT architecture knowledge, and 30–50% travel for onsite meetings and industry events.
