Description
Adjust is hiring an Associate Technical Account Manager for its APAC team based in Beijing. The role serves as a technical contact for clients, supports the use of Adjust’s measurement platform, monitors account health, troubleshoots complex issues, validates client setups, and collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and Support to resolve customer problems. The position requires 1–3 years of client-facing technical experience in advertising technology, strong English and Chinese communication skills, project management experience, and familiarity with digital advertising, SaaS, terminal and data tools, and collaboration platforms.
